The answers
What our management service covers and how the scope is agreed.
Your agreed package may include social media scheduling and publishing, website or landing-page support, Google Business Profile setup, foundational SEO, digital account setup, hosting, domain and email services, and online directory listings. Your proposal will clearly state the services included for your business.
No. Some work, such as account setup or initial website configuration, is completed once or when needed. Monthly activity focuses on the agreed maintenance, publishing, updates and guidance your business requires.
We can organise, schedule and publish agreed posts. The amount of copywriting, design or content preparation depends on your package and the materials available. YouTube and TikTok publishing requires suitable video content.
Yes. We can create landing pages, update agreed platforms and help organise the online information for a launch or promotion. Paid advertising and offline campaign activities can be supported through suitable specialist partners when required.
What happens before work begins and what we need from you.
We begin with a short conversation about your business, current platforms and main priorities. We then review what you need, confirm a clear scope and proposal, organise the required access and begin the agreed onboarding work.
We normally need accurate business information, branding files, suitable photos or content, access to relevant accounts and one responsible contact for decisions and approvals. The exact requirements depend on the agreed services.
We agree on a practical approval process during onboarding. Your team remains responsible for confirming business facts, offers and sensitive information, while timely feedback helps us keep scheduled work moving.
Yes. We can help establish the agreed digital foundations, including a website, relevant social accounts, Google Business Profile, domain, hosting and company email. We will recommend what is necessary rather than setting up platforms without a clear purpose.
The digital channels and technical foundations we can support.
Depending on your agreed scope and available content, we can schedule and publish on Facebook, Instagram, Xiaohongshu, YouTube and TikTok. We recommend platforms based on their relevance to your business rather than using every channel automatically.
Yes. We can review what already exists, organise the required access and recommend practical improvements. Where an existing website or account is working well, we build from it instead of replacing it without a reason.
Yes. We can arrange and manage web hosting, domain services and company email accounts when included in the agreed scope. Any applicable registration, licence or hosting charges will be stated clearly.
We can configure Google Search Console, support proper website indexing, apply foundational SEO practices, set up Google Business Profile and Google Maps information, and maintain relevant business directory listings. These steps improve the foundation for visibility but do not guarantee a particular search ranking.
How our work supports growth and where specialist services begin.
Our core role is online presence management and practical marketing guidance. When paid advertising is appropriate, we can advise on suitable options and help you identify or coordinate with an advertising specialist.
No. Our work helps keep your business active, visible and professionally represented online, creating a stronger foundation for potential opportunities. Sales also depend on your offer, pricing, market demand, customer experience, sales follow-up and other factors outside monthly online management.
Your business remains responsible for responding to enquiries, following up with prospects, providing quotations, serving customers and closing sales. We support the digital presence that helps people discover and understand your business.
No. Advertising spend, offline activities and fees charged by external specialist partners are separate from Grow 360’s monthly management fee. Any recommended external work should be discussed and approved before it begins.
