1. Payment Terms
A 60% down payment is required before we start work on your goods or website. For SEO and Starter Mobile Website and Hosting & Domain Name packages, full payment is required before work commences. The remaining balance must be paid after the delivery of goods or completion of the website.
2. Refund Policy
Payments made are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise in a written agreement or proposal that includes a satisfaction guarantee.
